For Singapore Customers
1. Do you ship anywhere in Singapore?
Yes, we ship islandwide in Singapore. However, there are certain restricted areas in Singapore that third-party vendors do not deliver to. If you are unsure, do reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. How much does delivery cost? Any self-collection?
Delivery costs will be auto-calculated to your order upon check out. We offer free shipping to a Singapore address for orders above 100 SGD.
3. How long does it take for my order to reach me?
As a general rule of thumb, our orders are typically processed within 3 working days. For all orders within Singapore, a tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been dispatched. You should receive your parcel within 1-5 working days after, depending on our third-party service provider.
Should you require urgent delivery to be made, do reach out to us at email@example.com with your order reference number.
4. What if I am not home when the delivery is made?
There will be one additional delivery attempt that will be made by the third-party service provider. Upon which, unfortunately the cost of following failed attempts will be borne by the customer.
To ensure your order arrives safely by you or someone you trust, do fill in the following under order notes upon check out:
a. Preferred time slot: day (9AM-6PM), night (6PM-10PM) or anytime (9AM-10PM)
b. Day: weekend or weekday delivery
For International Customers
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we now ship Worldwide! Delivery costs will be auto-calculated to your order upon check out.
We currently offer Free Shipping Worldwide over 250 SGD spend per order.
2. How long does it take for my order to reach me?
As a general rule of thumb, our orders are typically processed within 3 working days. A tracking number will be sent to your email after the order has been dispatched. All deliveries will be made by third-party service providers, and will usually take within 7-20 working days (depending on where you are based in) from the day you receive your tracking number for the shipment dispatched.
3. Will I have to pay tax / duties upon receipt of my goods?
All taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you in order for your parcel to clear customs. Unfortunately, Our Barehands has no control over these charges and we can't advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
