Share a little about how you started the brand

I grew up in a small city back in Indonesia surrounded by local animals and farmers. This very reason pushed me to start a small business featuring sustainable home & living - raising awareness to live in a conscious way. 

I started the brand because I believed in giving back to society by working alongside Artisans. They are gifted with extraordinary talent but pretty much unseen! With these particular reasons, I wanted to create a bridge between the universe and their talent. Hence the name Monkey Loot; Monkey represents myself and other human beings who are "Looting" Artisans’ talent. 

What does your brand hope to achieve?

We appreciate and support the development and continuation of cultural legacy. We partner up with a small group of Artisans in Indonesia and Cambodia. Although we are hoping to collaborate with more Artisans across the globe. 

Why did you decide to partner with Our Barehands?

We partnered up with Our Barehands simply because we share the same vision and mission; handmade items by Artisans!
