How do I go about returning or exchanging an item?

Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase, in original condition with tags and cards kept, together with the Return Slip noting the reason. All return postage, custom duties and taxes to Our Barehands shall be covered by the customer. We regret to inform that we will be unable to process the exchange or returns otherwise. 

 

EXCHANGES

If the product that you are exchanging is in stock, we will exchange it with another piece, upon receipt of the original that you sent. 

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES
Follow these steps to exchange your item:

1 - Check item
Check that the item you wish to exchange has its tags, cards, is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. 

2 - Fill in the Return Slip
Please state the reasons for returning on the slip.

3 - Pack Return slip and item
Pack the item securely in your preferred packaging. Insert the return slip and seal the parcel well. 

4 - Contact us
Please write to hello@ourbarehands.com with your Order Reference Number before step 5

5A - Return your parcel by postage
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase via your preferred postal service to the address given in your return slip. Registered mail is highly recommended as Our Barehands will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return. kindly note all postal fees, custom duties and taxes shall be borne by the customer.

5B - Return your parcel by drop-off
You may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase by dropping it off at NEX Shopping Mall / East. If you select this option, please contact hello@ourbarehands.com prior for the exact meeting points and timings between 9am - 8pm on weekdays only.

6 - Wait for our email 
When your exchange is processed and completed, we will notify you on the dispatch of your exchanged item.

 

FOR OFFLINE PURCHASES

1 - Check item
Check that the item you wish to return has its tags, cards, is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

2 - Contact us
Please write to hello@ourbarehands.com with the following details (i) Full Name (ii) Date of purchase (iii) Place of purchase (iv) Payment mode

3 - Wait for our email 
We will reply you with the necessary instructions on how to exchange, as soon as possible.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

As of now, kindly note that we will only be able to provide refunds should there be any, in the form of Store Credit.

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

5 - Wait for our email 
When your exchange is processed and completed, we will email you a Store Credit refund of the original amount of the returned item, within 3-4 working days. Your Store Credit refund will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Store Credit is applicable for use online at www.ourbarehands.com.
