We understand there are times our fingers move too fast! We do allow for changes to be made to your order within 24 hours from when it's been placed. Do drop an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item that you'll like changed.
Unfortunately, we seek your understandung that we will not be able to make any order changes after 24 hours as the pieces may have either been packed or communicated with our artisans.
We do allow for cancellation of orders within 24 hours of purchase, however, all cancellation refunds can only be done via store credit.

There may be unexpected times where your MTO pieces may be delayed past the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances. Be assured, our team is working doubly hard to have your pieces arrive as soon as possible. However, as your order would have already been accounted for by our artisans and in the middle of production, we unfortunately will not be able to process a refund. Do reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you have any further questions or concerns - we'll try our best to help!
Simply add a remark in your order note upon check out. If you have a personalised message (<120 words), be sure to include that too. All our products come with a card sharing about the hands behind, a reusable dust bag and the ideal gift box (for accessories only) that makes gifting perfect and easy!

As of now, we only take payments via credit card or PayNow (for customers based in Singapore). Rest assured, we do our utmost best to ensure your online safety and security.
We also understand that there are times when you really love a product but would like the option of paying across several months with zero interest. We have partnered with payment providers Atome and Hoolah to allow greater accessibility for all our customers to 'buy now and pay later'. You may select Atome or Hoolah option upon checking out. This current payment method is only eligible for Singapore-based customers.

Flat rate of 3.90 SGD for orders below 100 SGD. Free shipping for orders 100 SGD and above. Delivery takes an estimated 3 working days upon dispatch*.
Shipping fees calculated upon checkout. Delivery takes estimated 7-14 working days upon dispatch*.
Made to Order pieces will typically take 3-5 weeks to produce and dispatch. If your order includes any made-to-order items, your entire order will ship together once all the made-to-order items are ready to ship.
*In light of the developing COVID-19 situation and border restrictions, delivery timings may vary and take slightly longer to arrive. We seek your patience & kind understanding during this time. Should you have any queries, do reach out to us at here.
As a general rule of thumb, all non Made-to-Order orders will be processed within 3 working days. A tracking number will be sent to your email after the order has been dispatched to our delivery partner.
For non Made-to-order orders, you should receive your parcel within 2 to 5 working days for orders with Singapore addresses and within 7 to 20 working days for international orders (depending on country and customs). This should be calculated from the day you receive your tracking number for the dispatched shipment.
For Made-to-Order items, you will receive an email notification when the item is ready to be shipped or collected. The pieces can take up to 8-9 weeks to be made and dispatched. Do check your emails for any updates!
All deliveries will be made by our delivery partners. Should you have questions about delivery, do reach out to us here.
For delivery within Singapore, there will be one additional delivery attempt that will be made by our delivery partner. After which, the cost of following failed attempts will unfortunately be borne by the customer.
Should you have a preferred day or time that you wish to receive your parcel, do fill in the following under order notes upon check out:
a. Preferred time slot:day (9am-6pm), night (6pm-10pm) or anytime (9am-10pm) b. Day:weekend or weekday delivery
For delivery out of Singapore, kindly contact the customer support hotline provided through the parcel tracking email.
Currently this option is only available for orders within Singapore only. For customers in Singapore, you may select the scheduled delivery (at least 3 days in advance excluding public holidays) option at SGD 8 upon check out.
Do also add a remark in the order note upon check out. Alternatively, drop us a message to ensure that we don't miss it!
For international customers, do drop us an email and we'll see if there's anything we can do.
All taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by the recipient in order for your parcel to clear customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and hence can't advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

By creating an account, you'll obtain your very own referral link that you could share with your friends. When a friend clicks the URL and enters their email, they will get their $5 coupon. They will then have the ability to click 'Apply Code' - which directly adds the code to their shopping cart. When they then go on to make a purchase, you will also receive your $5 reward.

Currently, accumulated points have a lifetime value. However, our products come in limited quantities, so redeem and use them quick!
Our gift cards are available in $10, $25, $50 and $100. Simply add them to your cart and checkout like any other product.
Upon checking out, you'll receive 2 emails - 1) Order Confirmation 2) e-Gift Card (containing instructions to redeem). Simply forward the email to your gift recipient! The gift card contains a code to be used upon checkout for their orders.

Exchanges / Returns
Item(s) must be exchanged or returned within 15 days upon receipt of item, in its original condition; unused, unworn and unaltered with original packaging. All postage fees, customs duties and taxes for exchanges and returns shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise approved.
--- Exchanges will be allowed for variations within the same product only and are subjected to availability of the desired style or size.
--- Postage fees of exchanging of item(s) will be borne either by Our Barehands or the customer depending on the reason for exchange.
Returns & Refund Policy:
All returns will be refunded via Store Credit; your Store Credit refund will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Yes you can, if you're currently based in Singapore! We've recently launched Our Barehands Concept Lounge that features a majority of our Made to Order pieces where you can try on our new collections in-store and purchase selected designs from our Off the Rack range.
Alternatively, we do have stockists around Singapore selling selected designs that you can purchase Off the Rack as well.
